Spring BBQ – Friday May 2nd from 5:30-8:00pm
Please join us for food and fun at the Spring BBQ brought to you by the Butler Dads Club. There will be Bounce Houses, Face Painting, Super Soaker Corral, Game Truck, Silent Auction (bring your check book) and of course BBQ. Also, there will be a Teacher Dunk Tank…so bring some money for a chance to dunk your teachers. We will begin serving food at 5:30. Tickets are $5 each and on sale before and after school.
Spring BBQ Silent Auction
There will be a silent auction at the BBQ this spring. The link below contains a letter generated to help potential donors understand a little more about the Dads Club and what we do. We can definitely use your assistance in soliciting auction items. On Monday April 28th, we will take an inventory of all auction items. Please email info@butlerdadsclub.org with any questions.
Butler Spring BBQ 2014 Silent Auction request
April Meeting: Tue., April 5th at 7:00pm
Our April meeting is Tuesday night at 7:00pm in the Butler Cafeteria. Our main focus will be on the Spring BBQ event which is coming up quickly on Saturday, May 7th (3:00 to 6:00pm). We need all hands on deck to start planning for the event and assigning volunteers. Let’s make this year the best Spring BBQ at Butler.
We are open for suggestions on games and activities for the kids. If you have any ideas or feedback from past years, let us know!
We hope to see everyone there at 7:00pm in the Butler Cafeteria.
The Butler Dads Club 2010–2011 Calendar is now live
The Butler Dads Club is now keeping a public calendar of events up on Google Calendar. You can also find a live version here on our web site for easy reference. There is a link over in the sidebar for quick reference under the Upcoming Events and Popular Pages sections in the sidebar.
We don’t have all the dates finalized but we have most of them already added to the calendar. Important dates include:
- First Meeting — Sep. 7th, 7pm
- Father Son Disc Golf — Sep. 17th, 5:00pm
- Father Daughter Dance — Nov. 12th, 6:30pm
The great thing about using Google to store our calendar is that Google integrates with just about every calendar application or phone in existence. Our Calendar page has links for iCal, XML and HTML formats so that you can automatically have the BDC events updated on your personal calendar and phone.
